Being a creative in whatever discipline you choose to practice in is a lifestyle choice, it can be (and is) extremely hard to make ends meet. There is always the compromise between your 'art' and producing content to pay the bills. I think this is something we all struggle with, and you only have to look back throughout history to looking at art and patronage. Art produced as a commission on the whole will always have the commissioner in mind, or be constrained by the brief of the commissioner potentially. Do we all sell our souls in the production of content or are we fortunate to be paid to be able to produce content? Over to you....PeaceNeil
