It is funny isn't it where ideas come from, something I think I spent so long trying t come up with great ideas, or move projects or schemes forward when it all it really takes some times is an afternoon off completely removed from the creative environment and all of a suddern the ideas come flooding in. I also find this happens in the shower quite a lot, and of course thee is never a pen handy to write them down. I am interested by how the brain operates in this situation, now I fully appreciate that the brain in a relaxed state is a good thing, but what is it about the relaxed state that triggers creativity?Thoughts? Peace Neil
