Well Steven Spielberg's lastest film Lincoln is nearly upon us (21st January in the UK) and I happened to stumble across this article , which is an interview with the father, godfather, guru of sound design, Ben Burtt, where he talks about the film and it's sound design and the process which went into the films sonic design. For this interested in sound design, I wholeheartedly recommended reading it and checking out youtube videos, especially those on the design for Wall:e they are pretty inspiring and motivational pieces, and really make you want to start messing around and creating really cool sounds!!So today's message, be inspired, go record something and then mash it up!PeaceNeil
