Life certainly is interesting at the moment, one might say insane! So that is the title of today's piece. I actually fancied writing something on paper today (i.e. notation) rather than just starting with a canvas of sounds. Interesting there was some Debussy on the radio this morning, and that was the inspiration, of course, this piece if no where close in a million years, and technically the dissonant chord voicings would place this again in the 20th Century oeuvre rather than the late Romantic period of Fin de Cicle of Debussy. I perhaps would have called this Sonata for 4 pianos if I was attending a composition course, and if it wasn't sequenced, I would imagine this piece being played by four separate pianos.
